摘要
泵车臂架系统总体设计受倾翻力矩、质量、结构力学性能、空间布置、臂架操控性等诸多因素的制约。在臂架系统总体方案设计阶段,针对特定的设计要求,合理地选取臂架折叠型式和连杆机构型式至关重要。针对现有泵车的臂架折叠型式和连杆机构进行了系统总结,同时分析了不同结构型式的优缺点和应用范围,对泵车臂架系统新产品开发具有一定的借鉴作用。
The overall design of concrete pump truck are constrained by many factors, such as tilting moment, mass, the structure mechanical properties, space layout and the handling properties of arm. In the stage of overall program design of arm system, select the type of arm folding and link reasonably is crucial to special design requirements. The article systematic summarizes the existing types of arm folding and link mechanism of concrete pump truck. Meanwhile, the advantages and disadvantages and the application range of different types of arm structure are analyzed. These conclusions can provide some guidance to the design of arm system.
