布氏杆菌性脊柱炎诊断与治疗研究进展

摘要
布氏杆菌病是一种人畜共患病,由于畜牧业、餐饮业的发展,其发病率逐年上升。布氏杆菌病是一种全身性疾病,可累及多个器官,涉及骨骼的发病率占2%～30%,且常见于脊柱。布氏杆菌性脊柱炎是布氏杆菌侵犯脊柱导致的感染性脊柱炎性疾病,是一种破坏性疾病,严重时可导致脊柱畸形或瘫痪等,正确诊断和及时治疗对患者远期预后非常重要。本文就布氏杆菌性脊柱炎诊断和治疗的研究进展作一综述。
Brucellosis is a zoonotic disease. With the development of animal husbandry and catering industry, its incidence has increased year by year. Brucellosis is a systemic disease affecting multiple organs. Brucellosis involves in bones by 2% to 30%, and it often invades the spine. Brucella spondylitis is a destructive infectious vertebral inflammatory disease caused by Brucella invasion of the spine. In severe cases, it might lead to spinal deformity or paralysis, therefore correct diagnosis and timely treatment are very important for the long-term prognosis of patients. This paper reviews the research progress of the diagnosis and treatment of Brucella spondylitis.
