摘要
为了研究偏心不耦合装药结构下爆炸裂纹扩展规律,以有机玻璃板为介质,采用不同装药不耦合系数(分别为1.00、1.29、1.57、1.71、1.86、2.00、2.28)的装药结构进行爆炸实验。实验表明:偏心不耦合装药时炸药爆炸在炮孔周围形成的微裂纹区半径是不均匀的;随着装药不耦合系数的增大,耦合侧和不耦合侧的微裂纹区半径差值是逐渐增大的。在不耦合系数为1.71时,耦合侧最长主裂纹长度、主裂纹总长度、主裂纹平均长度达到最大;同时耦合侧与不耦合侧最长主裂纹长度差值、主裂纹总长度差值及主裂纹平均长度差值也达到最大。该研究为改进和优化偏心不耦合装药结构、降低爆破对围岩损伤破坏具有一定的参考价值。
        In order to investigate blasting crack propagation behavior under eccentric decouple charge,the organic glass was used to as model in the explosive experiment under different decoupling charge coefficients conditions( 1,1. 29,1. 57,1. 71,1. 86,2,2. 28). Results show that the micro crack area radius of eccentric decouple charge blasting in blasthole formed when the surrounding was uneven; with the increase of decoupling charge coefficient,the micro crack zone radius difference in the coupling side and the non-coupling side was gradually enlarged. When decoupling charge coefficient was 1. 71,the length of the longest side,the total length and the average length of the main crack side of coupling side reached the maximum; at the same time,the length difference of the longest side,the total length difference and the average length difference of the main crack in the coupling side and the non-coupling side reached the maximum together. The results improved and optimized the eccentric coupling charging structure and reduced rock damage.
