摘要
本论文主要介绍了气隙的测量方法,定、转子轮廓的得出,然后求得定、转子的最小二乘圆,最后分析定、转子的不圆度以及偏心距和偏心角。根据气隙传感器各磁极的气隙,绘制转子轮廓,得到定子与定子之间的气隙。
This paper mainly introduces the measurement method of air gap, the drawing of stator and rotor outline, then obtains the least square circle of the fixed and rotor, and finally analyzes the non-circle degree, the eccentricity and eccentricity angle of the rotor. The size of the air gap of all the poles of air gap sensor can draw the outline of the rotor, so as to obtain the air gap between the stator and the rotor.
