摘要
本文研究了国内某车型小偏置碰撞试验中假人的运动过程及头部、颈部、胸部与下肢部位的伤害机理与考核指标,这些指标反映车身碰撞特性、乘员约束系统特性及两者间的匹配这三个方面的综合性能,论文对假人的伤害进行了详细分析,同时提出了相关改进方向,为车型开发设计及安全性能改进提供参考。
In this paper, the movement mechanism of the dummy and the injury mechanism of the head, neck, chest and lower limbs and the evaluation index of the dummy in a smalloverlap crash test are studied. These indexes reflect the comprehensive performance of the body collision characteristics, occupant restraint system characteristics and the matching between the two aspects. The paper gives a detailed analysis of the dummies' injury, and puts forward the relevant improvement direction, which can provide reference for the development and design of vehicles and the improvement of safety performance.
