摘要
针对近年蒙西电网火电机组一次调频试验中存在个别机组由于组态逻辑设计不正确、机组运行方式不合理而导致的一次调频响应时间和飞升时间超标、组态方案页执行周期过长导致响应时间超标、压力拉回回路导致动作值不达标、阀门流量非线性导致指标不达标等问题,结合国家电网华北电力调控分中心《华北电网并网机组一次调频性能评价指标及计算方法(试行)》新增加的15 s和30 s出力响应指数和电量贡献指数的评价指标,提出了组态逻辑设计的改进方法和优化机组运行方式的建议。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in primary frequency modulation test of Western Inner Mongolia power grid in resent years. Such as, the problem of overstandard primary frequency modulation response time and flying time due to incorrect configuration logic design; the problem of excessive response time caused by too long execution cycle of configuration scheme page; the problem of substandard index caused by nonlinear flow rate of valve; the problem of action value is not up to standard caused by pressure pull back loop. At the same time, combine with the 15 s and 30 s output response index and electricity contribution index in Evaluation index and calculation method of Pirmary Frequency Modulation performance of Grid-Connected Units in North China Power Grid(trial) issued by the North China Electric Power Control Subcenter of the State Grid for analysis, and puts forward the improvement method of configuration logic design and the suggestion of optimizing the operation mode of the unit.
