摘要
海上原油的集输系统为连续生产,但管线的计划检修、电源中断、输油量和输油温度过低,都有可能造成管线的停输停输后,由于油温不断下降,粘度不断增加,给管路的再启动造成困难。以赵东平台至埕海联合站输油管道为例,介绍海底管道安全停输时间及再启动压力的计算。
        The gathering and transportation system of offshore crude oil is continuous production, but the planned maintenance of the pipeline, power interruption, oil delivery and low oil delivery temperature may cause the pipeline shutdown. After the shutdown, the viscosity is continuously increased due to the continuous decrease in the oil temperature, which makes it difficult to restart the pipeline. Taking the oil pipeline from Zhaodong Platform to Chenghai Union Station as an example, the calculation of the safe shutdown time and restart pressure of submarine pipelines is introduced.
