上海市嘉定区规范化培训后全科医生临床业务能力考试结果分析

摘要
目的了解上海市嘉定区规范化培训后的全科医生临床业务能力情况,为今后全科医生的在职教育提供依据。方法组织52名经过规范化培训的全科医生参加临床业务能力考试,包括基本理论和临床技能两项内容,采用信息化理论题库和仿真模拟人进行考试,并对考试结果进行汇总分析。结果全科医生理论考试平均分为(63.75±13.45)分,合格率为63.90%,其中,回答正确率最高的模块为内科、全科概论和外科;基本操作总平均分为(952.60±21.37)分,总合格率为100.00%;技能得分和合格率排前三位的是心肺复苏、换药和缝合;0～5年工龄组的理论考试平均分和及格率最高,10年以上工龄组的平均分和及格率最低,差异有显著性(P<0.05);0～5年工龄组的技能操作考试平均分最高,10年以上工龄组的平均分最低,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论全科医生的临床业务能力有待加强,需要进一步完善全科医生规范化培训后的继续教育。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the result of general practitioners'(GPs)clinical professional competence after standardized training in Jiading District,and provide basis for further on-the-job education of GPs. METHODS 52 GPs with standardized training were organized to take the clinical professional competence examination,including basic theory and clinical skills. The examination was conducted by\information theory question bank and simulation person. The results were summarized and analyzed. RESULTS The average score of GPs' theoretical examination was(63.75 +13.45),and the qualified rate was 63.9%. The modules with the highest correct answer rate were internal medicine,general practice and surgery. The average score of basic operation was(952.60 +21.37),and the total qualified rate was100.00%. The top 3 skills scores and qualified rates were cardiopulmonary resuscitation,dressing change and suture;the average scores and passing rates of theoretical examinations in the 0～5-year working-age group were the highest,while those in the over 10-year working-age group were the lowest,with obvious difference(P<0.05). The average score of skill operation test in the 0～5-year working-age group was the highest,while that in the over 10-year working-age group was the lowest,with no significant difference(P>0.05). CONCLUSION The clinical professional ability of GPs needed to be strengthened,and the continuing education of GPs after regular training needed to be further improved.
