摘要

该文从当今我国健康保险业发展的现状入手,分析了我国健康保险行业快速发展和客户满意度低的原因,在此基础上提出了能够为用户提供解决方案的健康保险业2.0模式的概念,并分析了能够提供解决方案的健康保险2.0模式的必要性、可行性及具体实施流程,最后就健康保险2.0模式提出了几点思考。
        This article through to the current status of the healthy development of insurance industry in our country, analyzed the health insurance industry rapid development and the reasons for low customer satisfaction. Based on this, it put forward to provide users with solutions of the concept of health insurance 2.0 model, and analyzed the necessity and feasibility and concrete implementation process to provide solutions for health insurance 2.0 model. Finally, it put forward some thoughts on health insurance 2.0 model.
