摘要
目的:调查北京市某医院国际医疗部2015-2017年的商业保险服务情况,分析高端医疗中商业健康保险服务现状及发展方向。方法:从HIS后台调取相关数据,采用Excel2013建库、汇总和分析。结果:高端医疗机构中商保患者的实际占比不高,2015-2017年商保门诊收入平均占比为21.85%,商保住院收入平均占比为6.34%,外籍商保患者占比仅为15.81%。海外保险无法享受直付服务。结论:高端医疗机构可以从对内提高服务、对外开拓市场2个方面采取措施,进一步吸引和维护商保患者,发展商保服务。
Objective: To probe into the service condition to patients with commercial health insurance in the international medical department of a hospital in Beijing between 2015 and 2017, and analyze the current service condition of commercial health insurance in high-end medical institutions and its development direction. Methods: By collecting data from HIS background, the study built database, summarized and analyzed the data with the help of Excel 2013. Results: The ratio of patients with commercial health insurance was not very high. The average percentage of outpatients with commercial health insurance between 2015 and 2017 was 21.85%, and that percentage of inpatients was only 15.81%. Patients with overseas commercial health insurance cannot enjoy direct-billing service. Conclusion: To attract and maintain patients with commercial health insurance, and further develop commercial health insurance service, high-end medical institutions can take measures from two aspects: inward service and outward market.
