山西省低龄老人志愿服务意愿调研

摘要
为进一步了解低龄老人参与志愿服务状况意愿和现状,采取抽样方式,对山西省以太原市为主的231名低龄退休老人进行问卷调研。调研发现多数低龄老人通过社区和工作单位组织参与志愿服务,主要参与环境保护活动和专业技术服务等活动;参与服务意愿较强,但参与人数不多。原因是参与服务渠道狭窄,也相对缺少适合他们的活动。在调研中老年人提出了加强管理,提高志愿服务活动的组织和管理水平,完善考核评价制度,建立激励制度等建议和意见,这些建议和意见有助于志愿服务的发展。
In order to further understand the willingness and current situation of elderly people to participate in voluntary service,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 231 young retirees in taiyuan, Shanxi Province. The survey found that most of the elderly people through the community and work units to participate in voluntary services, mainly in environmental protection activities and professional and technical services and other activities; Strong willingness to participate in the service, but the number of participants is small. The reason is the narrow participation service channel and the relative lack of activities suitable for them. In the survey, the middleaged and elderly people put forward suggestions and opinions, such as strengthening management, improving the organization and management level of volunteer service activities, improving the assessment and evaluation system, and establishing incentive system. These suggestions and opinions contribute to the development of volunteer service.
