香港社区护士居家护理工作场所暴力预防

摘要
为了满足我国老年人、慢性病等居民健康照护的需求,居家护理服务已陆续开展,"互联网+"的护士共享平台也悄然兴起。然而,护士人身安全是居家护理十分重要的一个问题。本文就我国香港社区护理预防工作场所暴力的举措,从管理部门及医院重视、安全培训、分阶段把关、防范用品的配备与安全团队支持、专业素养提升5个方面进行介绍,为内地居家护理预防工作场所暴力规范的建立提供参考。
In order to satisfy the health care needs for aging and chronic diseases patients in China, home care services have been conducted gradually and the "Internet +" nurses sharing platform also has emerged. However, the safety of nurses is a very important problem in home care. The author discusses the workplace violence prevention of home care among community nurses in Hong Kong from five aspects: government attention, safety training, hierarchical inspection, provision of preventive supplies, security team support and improvement of professional quality. It provides a reference basis for the establishment of the workplace violence prevention system of home care in mainland China.
