摘要
时间权衡法作为陈述偏好法的一种,广泛应用于健康效用值的直接测量,在实际应用过程中,学者发现传统时间权衡法在测量差于死亡健康状态时存在一定的局限,因此进行了改良以弥补相关不足。本文首次在中国普通人群中,对前置健康时间权衡法和后置健康时间权衡法测量健康效用值进行实证比较分析,结果发现二者测得结果无显著差异。考虑到健康状态发展过程的理解逻辑性,前置时间权衡法更适宜测量差于死亡健康状态的效用值。
Time trade-off(TTO) is one of the stated preference methods, which is wildly applied in direct health utility measurement. However, traditional TTO has some problems in the valuation of health states considered worse than dead. Thus, a series of new TTO methods have been developed. In this study, the comparison between lead-time and lag-time TTO to address this issue was carried out in Chinese general population. The results showed that no important difference was found between the two methods. Given the understanding of logical progress of the health change, lead-time TTO might be a more appropriate methods to measure the health states that considered worse than dead.
