健康效用值映射法转换的研究现状

摘要
目的系统综述国内外健康效用普适性量表与疾病专属性量表之间以及普适性量表之间运用映射法进行结果转换的研究文献,为该领域研究提供可资借鉴的方法和科学依据。方法检索于2007—2018年发表在Springer、中国期刊全文数据库、中文期刊全文数据库和万方数据知识服务平台等中英文数据库中的发表有关映射法在健康效用值测量应用研究的相关文献,汇总并整理。结果共计检索出958篇中英文文献,通过排除筛选,纳入50篇符合要求的研究文献,按照具有明确函数关系、未有明确函数关系、疾病特异性量表与普适性量表之间的映射、普适性量表之间的映射四个方面进行分析总结。结论对研究量表的选取应综合考虑各量表的特点和适用性,拓宽研究量表的选取种类;多数研究的最佳映射模型为OLS(最小二乘法)回归结果,对新型回归方法的应用较少,学者应以多种回归方法构建映射模型,进行性能对比;目前研究的样本量较少,研究结果可信度不高。应加大样本量,并在映射模型的构建中建立多个回归模型以检验不同指标变量组合的模型性能;研究范围应进一步扩展,对不同年龄、不同性别的人群等进行研究。对普通疾病的相关研究较少,应在普通疾病的映射研究领域多进行探索。
        Objective To systematically review domestic and foreign research literature on applying mapping method to transform health utility values between health utility universal scales themselves or universal scales and the disease-specific scales, so as to provide advisable methods and scientific basis for research in this area. Methods Through relevant literature study and collect which were published in Springer.com, CNKI, Weip Database and Wanfang Database and other Chinese and Western database during 2007—2018. Results A total of 958 Chinese and English documents were retrieved, and 50 research documents that met the requirements were included in the screening. The following four aspects were analyzed: a clear functional relationship, no clear functional relationship, disease-specific scale and universality. Mapping between sex scales and mapping between universal scales. Conclusion Scholars should consider the characteristics and applicability of each scale comprehensively when selecting the research scale, and broaden the selection of research scales; the best mapping model for most studies is the OLS(Ordinary least squares)regression result, there are few applications of new regression methods, so scholars should construct mapping models with multiple regression methods and compare their performance; the sample size of the research is relatively small, and the reliability of the research results is not high. Therefore, multiple regression models should be established to test the performance of different index variable combinations in the construction of mapping models; the scope of the study should be expanded to include people of different ages and genders. There are few researches on common diseases, so the mapping research on common diseases should be explored more.
