摘要

目的对比分析低位小切口切除术与传统手术治疗甲状腺瘤的临床效果。方法选取2014年10月—2016年12月期间该院收治的106例甲状腺瘤患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组53例,对照组行传统手术治疗,观察组行低位小切口切除术,比较两组手术效果。结果观察组手术时间为(50.27±16.18)min(与对照组比较t=9.522),术中出血量为(48.75±12.30)mL(与对照组比较t=11.870),切口长度为(4.68±0.59)cm(与对照组比较t=12.613),住院时间为(4.33±0.97)d (与对照组比较t=10.730),术后并发症发生率为9.43%(与对照组比较χ~2=11.389),各项指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低位小切口切除术治疗甲状腺瘤切口小、失血量少、手术时间短,术后并发症少,临床价值显著优于传统手术方式。
        Objective To compare the clinical effects of low-level small incision resection and conventional surgery for thyroid tumors. Methods 106 patients with thyroid tumor admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to December 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 53 cases in each group. The control group received traditional surgery and the observation group performed low position small incision resection to compare the effects of the two groups. Results The operation time of the observation group was(50.27±16.18)min(t=9.522 compared with the control group), the intraoperative blood loss was(48.75±12.30)mL(t=11.870 compared with the control group), and the length of the incision was(4.68±0.59)cm(t=12.613 compared with the control group), hospitalization time was(4.33 ±0.97)d,(t=10.730 compared with the control group), postoperative complication rate was 9.43%(compared with the control group, χ~2=11.389), all indicators were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Low-level small incision for the treatment of thyroid tumor with small incision, less blood loss, shorter operation time, less postoperative complications, clinical value is significantly better than traditional surgical methods.
