健脾和胃法治疗胃食管反流病的疗效观察

摘要
目的:探讨健脾和胃法治疗胃食管反流病的临床疗效。方法:2014年5月-2015年5月期间,我院100例胃食管反流病患者,根据随机数字法,将其分为对照组(奥美拉唑及多潘立酮)和观察组(健脾和胃法),每组50例,比较治疗前后症状积分、证候积分的变化情况以及临床疗效。结果:与对照组相比,观察组治疗后症状积分明显降低,治疗的总有效率明显提高,P<0.05;与对照组相比,观察组治疗后证候积分明显减少,治疗的总有效率明显增高,P<0.05。结论:健脾和胃法能够明显改善胃食管反流病患者的症状及证候,发挥较高的临床疗效。
Objective:To study clinical efficacy of the Jianpi Hewei therapy on gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods:100 patients were randomized into the control group(received omeprazole and domperidone) and the observation group(received the Jianpi Hewei therapy) according to the random number method,50 patients in each group. The changes of symptom scores and syndrome scores before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy in two groups were compared. Results:Compared with before treatment,the symptom scores were significantly decreased,and the total efficiency was obviously improved in the observation group(P<0.05); compared with the control group,the syndrome scores were significantly decreased,and the total efficiency was obviously improved in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The Jianpi Hewei therapy can significantly improve clinical symptoms and syndrome,and showed more effects.
