疏肝健脾和胃法治疗功能性消化不良肝胃不和证临床研究

摘要
目的:观察疏肝健脾和胃法治疗功能性消化不良肝胃不和证的临床效果。方法:选取2011年2月—2012年2月在本院诊治的功能性消化不良患者92例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组给予西药对症治疗,观察组给予疏肝健脾和胃法治疗。结果:观察组有效率91.3%,对照组有效率71.7%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组患者中出现一过性皮疹1例,短时腹部痉挛性疼痛2例,观察组中并未出现药物不良反应者,两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:疏肝健脾和胃法治疗功能性消化不良肝胃不和证疗效显著。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of method of dispersing liver and activating spleen and harmonizing stomach on functional dyspepsia( FD) with syndrome of liver-stomach disharmony. Methods: Ninety-two patients with FD who were treated in our hospital between Feb. 2011 and Feb. 2012 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given symptomatic treatment with western medicine,while the observation group was treated with method of dispersing liver and activating spleen and harmonizing stomach. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was 91. 3%,while that of the control group was 71. 7%,the observation group was better than the control group( P < 0. 05). One case in the control group had skin rash,2 cases had short-term spastic abdominal pain,but the adverse drug reactions did not appear in the observation group,the difference in the adverse reactions of the two groups was not statistically significant( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: Method of dispersing liver and activating spleen and harmonizing stomach has a remarkable clinical curative effect on FD with syndrome of liver-stomach disharmony.
