补救性肝移植的选择与实施

<正>外科治疗是肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)患者获得长期生存最重要的手段,包括肝切除和肝移植,但HCC切除术后5年复发转移率高达40-70%~([1])。对于复发性肝癌,目前最常用的治疗手段包括再次手术切除、肝动脉化疗栓塞术、肝癌射频消融术等,但总体治疗效果欠佳。2000年,Majon等~([2])为了更好地发挥肝移植治疗复发性肝癌的作用,提出了补救性肝移植(salvage liver transplantation,SLT)策略。随着SLT在国内外各大移植中心的广泛应用,
