六味地黄丸治疗糖尿病肾阴虚证的临床分析

摘要
目的探究六味地黄丸治疗糖尿病肾阴虚证的临床效果。方法将2017年5月—2018年5月该院内分泌科收治的104例糖尿病肾阴虚证患者纳入研究对象范畴,结合患者个人治疗意愿将所有患者划分为各组52例的对照组及观察组;对照组患者实行常规治疗,观察组患者实行六味地黄丸治疗,对比两组患者的治疗有效率及尿蛋白排泄量。结果对比治疗结果发现,对照组治疗有效率为75.00%,与观察组96.15%相比二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比治疗结果发现,对照组治疗前后尿蛋白排泄量与观察组相比二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾阴虚证实行六味地黄丸治疗的效果显著,能明显提高治疗有效率消除临床症状,取得令人满意的治疗效果,值得在临床治疗领域使用推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Liuwei Dihuang Pill in the treatment of diabetic kidney yin deficiency syndrome. Methods From May 2017 to May 2018, 104 patients with diabetic yin deficiency syndrome admitted to our department of endocrinology were included in the study. All patients were divided into control group and observation group of 52 patients in each group. The patients in the control group received routine treatment, and the patients in the observation group were treated with Liuwei Dihuang Pill. The therapeutic efficiency and urinary protein excretion were compared between the two groups. Results Comparing the treatment results, the effective rate of the control group was 75.00% compared with the 96.15% of the observation group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The comparison treatment showed that the control group had urine before and after treatment. The difference in protein excretion was significantly different from that in the observation group. The data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Diabetic kidney yin deficiency has proven to be effective in the treatment of Liuwei Dihuang Pill. It can significantly improve the effective rate of treatment and eliminate clinical symptoms, and achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect. It is worthy of promotion in the field of clinical treatment.
