摘要
换流变压器作为连接高压直流输电系统交流侧和直流侧的关键设备,其阀侧出线装置可靠性直接关系到电力系统的安全稳定运行。油纸绝缘作为阀侧出线装置的主绝缘,长期受到交/直流复合电场以及极性反转等复杂工况的影响,在受到电场、热场以及机械应力等多场耦合作用下易发生绝缘劣化积累空间电荷,而油纸绝缘介电参数和电导参数的不匹配也将使得界面电荷积累严重,导致沿面闪络或绝缘击穿,这也是目前换流变压器阀侧出线装置油纸绝缘结构发展面临的严峻问题。本文综合国内外研究现状论述了换流变压器阀侧出线装置油纸绝缘研究进展,分析了油纸绝缘在不同环境工况下电荷行为、局部放电和击穿特性,探讨了电场、温度、水分、老化等因素对其的影响,并对绝缘纸改性进行论述,展望了未来换流变压器阀侧出线装置油纸绝缘结构改性的发展趋势。这些研究成果的总结能为油纸绝缘材料的发展、改善提供参考和借鉴。
        Converter transformer plays a critical role in the high voltage direct current(HVDC)transmission system. The reliability of the valve side busing is directly related to the safe and stable operation of the power system. As the main insulation of valve side bushing, oil-paper insulation is influenced by AC/DC composite electric field and polarity reversal, meanwhile, it is easy to degrade with the coupling of electric field, heat field and mechanical stress so as to accumulate the space charge.In addition, the interface charge will accumulate seriously by reason of the mismatch between the dielectric parameters and the conductance parameters of oil-paper insulation, which will cause flashover or breakdown. Hence, it is the serious issue that the development of oil-paper insulation structure of converter transformer faces. In this paper, the research progress of the oil-paper insulation of converter transformer is discussed. The charge behavior and the characteristics of partial discharge or breakdown of the oil-paper insulation under different circumstance are analyzed. The influence of electric field, temperature, water and aging degree are discussed. In the meantime, the modification of transformer oil and insulating paper are also discussed, of which advantages and disadvantages are summarized. Moreover, the development trend of modification of oil-paper insulation structure for valve side bushing of converter transformer is prospected. The summary of these research results has the capacity to provide reference for the development of oil-paper insulation in the future.
