基于蓝墨云班课的翻转课堂在外科护理实训教学中的应用

摘要
选取2016级全日制护理本科专业1~4班(96人),随机分为实验组3,4班(46人)和对照组1,2班(50人)。实验组采取"云班课+翻转课堂"教学模式,对照组采取传统教学方法。通过实验理论及技能考核和调查问卷比较两组的教学效果。结果显示实验组课程理论及技能考试成绩得分均高于对照组(p<0.05)。在激发学习兴趣,提高综合能力方面,两组相比较有显著性差异(p<0.05)。基于蓝墨云班课的翻转课堂教学模式可优化教学的有效互动,提高实训教学效果,培养护生自主学习、团队合作能力。
        Classes 1-4(96) of 2016 full-time nursing undergraduate majors were randomly divided into experimental group 3-4(46) and control group 1-2(50). The experimental group adopted the teaching mode of "MOSO teach + Flipped Classroom", while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method. The teaching effects of the two groups were compared through experimental theory, skill assessment and questionnaire. The scores of theoretical and technical examination in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(p <0.05). There was a significant difference between the two groups in stimulating learning interest and improving comprehensive ability(p< 0.05). The flipped classroom teaching mode based on MOSO teach can optimize the effective interaction of teaching, improve the teaching effect of practical training, and cultivate the ability of independent learning and team cooperation of nursing students.
