整体护理在儿科急诊急救护理中的运用分析

摘要
目的研究探讨整体护理在儿科急诊急救护理中的运用效果。方法本实验于2017年1月至2018年6月在我院进行,以此时段内收治的80例儿科急诊患者为研究对象,随机均分两组各40例,以常规护理为对照组,以整体护理为观察组,分析整体护理的价值,并对比两组的满意度,住院时间。结果观察组满意度97.5%,较对照组87.5%高,观察组满意度较对照组高,观察组患者的住院时间为(5.89±0.12)d,对照组的住院时间为(8.15±0.31)d,观察组患者的住院时间比对照组的要少,两组比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对于儿科急诊患者,采取整体护理干预,效果显著,可以增强患者家属的满意度,提高治愈率,减少患者的住院时间,值得在今后的护理中应用。
Objective To study the effect of holistic nursing care in pediatric emergency emergency care. Methods Theexperiment was conducted in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018, with 80 cases of pediatric emergency patients treated inthis period as the study object, randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases, taking the routine nursing as the control group, takingthe holistic nursing as the observation group, analyzing the value of holistic nursing, and comparing two groups of satisfaction,hospitalization time. Results The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.5%, compared with the control group 87.5%,the observation group satisfaction was higher than the control group, the patient's hospitalization time was(5.89±0.12) d, the controlgroup's hospitalization time was(8.15±0.31) d, the observation group patient's hospitalization time was less than the control group, thetwo groups were compared, P<0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion In the pediatric emergency patients, takingholistic nursing intervention, the effect is significant, can enhance the satisfaction of patients' families, improve the cure rate, reduce thepatient's hospitalization time, it is worth in the future nursing application.
