摘要
目的:探讨玻璃纤维桩在老年上颌前牙残根残冠修复的应用价值。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年5月于本院诊治的60例上颌前牙残根残冠修复患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。观察组给予玻璃纤维桩进行残根残冠修复,对照组给予金属桩进行残根残冠修复,治疗后随访1年,比较两组临床疗效、牙龈指数(GI)和修复齿出血指数(SBI)、修复效果以及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗成功率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组GI、SBI以及不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的颜色匹配率以及边缘适合率均高于对照组(P<0.05),而两组修复体完整度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:玻璃纤维桩应用于修复老年上颌前牙残根残冠的临床效果较好,不仅可改善患者牙龈状态,保持长期修复牙齿功能与美容效果,而且降低了不良反应发生率,临床应用价值较高。
        Objective:To explore the application value of glass fiber post in the restoration of residual root and crown of maxillary anterior teeth for elderly patients.Method:A total of 60 elderly patients with maxillary anterior residual root and crown repair that treated in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2017 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The observation group was treated with glass fiber post for restoration of residual roots and crowns,while control group was treated with metal post for restoration of residual roots and crowns,after 1 year follow-up,the clinical efficacy,gingival index(GI)and dental hemorrhage index(SBI),repair effect and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the success rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of GI,SBI and adverse reactions in observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The color matching rate and edge matching rate of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The restoration integrity in two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of glass fiber post to restore old maxillary anterior residual root and crown is better,it can not only improve patients' gingival state,maintain long-term function and cosmetic effects of restorative teeth,but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,the clinical value of which is higher.
