布鲁姆斯伯里圈是英国20世纪最具影响力的精英文化团体,以反传统性和现代性著称。小说家伍尔夫作为圈中核心人物,通过文学创作的方式与圈内所提倡的文艺观展开积极对话,其文学创作活动体现出鲜明的布鲁姆斯伯里式精神气质,即对纯美艺术的不懈追寻、情感与智性的自由协作。伍尔夫对布鲁姆斯伯里圈文艺观的超越体现在其创作形式观、生活真实观、双性同体观的理念中,为英国文学史留下了不朽的印记。
The Bloomsbury Group is the most influential elite cultural group in Britain in the 20 th century,which is famous for its anti-tradition and modernity.As a core figure of the Bloomsbury Group,Virginia Woolf has been actively engaged in dialogues with the literary view advocated by the Group through literary creation.Her literary creation reflects the distinct Bloomsbury ethos,that is,the unremitting pursuit of pure art and the free cooperation of emotion and intelligence.Woolf's transcendence over Bloomsbury's literary view is embodied in her view of creative form,reality of life and androgyny,which has left valuable cultural relics in the history of English literature.
