“双一流”建设背景下高校图书馆知识产权信息服务探析

摘要
利用网络调查法对42所"双一流"高校知识产权信息服务中心建设及知识产权信息服务现状进行调查分析,提出建设和运行高校知识产权信息服务中心的建议,即构建知识产权信息服务专业化团队,创新、重组、开拓知识产权信息业务,打造新型知识产权信息协同阵地,开展区域联盟式知识产权信息服务。
The article uses the network survey method to investigate and analyze the current situation of the construction of intellectual property information service centers and the status of intellectual property information services in 42 top universities. It also proposes suggestions for the construction and operation of the intellectual property information service center of universities: constructing a specialized team of intellectual property information service, innovating, reorganizing, and developing intellectual property information business, creating a new type of intellectual property information coordination position, and developing regional alliance-type intellectual property information service.
