以“旅游+”促进县域经济平衡充分发展——以全域旅游示范区新化县为例

"旅游+"是实现全域旅游的关键,旅游业能促进农村产业结构的调整,缓解城乡二元经济结构的矛盾,传承当地民俗特色文化,保护乡村自然生态环境,带动欠发达地区产业脱贫。新化是国家全域旅游示范区创建单位,通过政府以抓"旅游+"为主导,引导"旅游+"整合市场资源形成产业链,全民共建共享,打造主客和谐共处的旅游生活方式,促进县域经济社会平衡、充分发展。
"Tourism +" is the key to the global tourism,which helps to promote the adjustment of rural industrial structure,ease the contradiction in the urban-rural dual economic structure,spread the local folk culture,protect the rural ecological environment and stimulate the development of the industries in underdeveloped regions. Xinhua is a national global tourism demonstration area. To promote the full and balanced development of county economy,the government should focus on the idea "Tourism +",form an industrial chain by integrating market resources under the guidance of "Tourism +",set up a system of joint constructing and sharing,and create a harmonious subject-object tourist lifestyle.
