摘要
作为井下最常使用的支护方式,锚杆支护本身具有很多优点,例如支护的成本较低,使用的材料简单,对材料的损耗较少,最重要的是能够有效限制围岩移动变形,稳固巷道顶板,支护的效果显著,因此在巷道支护方面被广泛应用。另外,由于锚杆的制作工艺比较简单性,因而得到众多行业的青睐,被用在生产中的多个环节中。本文主要研究锚杆这种支护方式在进行煤矿井下巷道掘进过程中的支护和加固作用及其应用效果,最终得到该项技术对煤矿领域发展的参考价值及指导意义。
As the most commonly used support method in the underground, the bolt support itself has many advantages, such as lower cost of the support, simple material used, less loss of material. The most important thing is that it can effectively limit the movement deformation of surrounding rock and stabilize the roof of the roadway, and the effect of support is remarkable, so it is widely used in roadway support. In addition,because the production process of bolt is relatively simple, it is favored by many industries and used in many links of production. This paper mainly studies the supporting and reinforcing effect of bolt support in the process of underground roadway excavation and its application effect, and finally obtains the reference value and guiding significance of this technology to the development of coal mine field.
