留护顶房柱采矿法在缓倾斜复杂薄铝土矿中的应用

摘要
国内铝土矿多为缓倾斜复杂难采矿体,顶底板围岩稳固性较差、易风化、遇水泥化,采矿过程中存在重大塌陷隐患。为确保铝土矿回采过程中矿体顶板不出现冒落风险,采用留护顶矿柱采矿法,可以有效解决顶板冒落难题,同时,取得了良好的回采技术经济指标,为国内外类似矿山安全高效开采提供借鉴。
        Most bauxite deposits in China are mainly inclined complex and difficult mining bodies,with poor stability of roof and floor surrounding rocks,easy weathering and sliming,and significant potential collapse in the mining process.In order to ensure that there is no risk of roof caving in the process of bauxite mining,the mining method of retaining roof pillar can effectively solve the problem of roof caving.At the same time,good technical and economic indicators of mining have been obtained,which can provide reference for safe and efficient mining of similar mines at home and abroad.
