摘要
气基流体钻井在提高机械钻速、防漏止漏、发现及保护油气藏等方面的应用越来越广。实践表明,性能优良、应用可靠、配套科学的设备、装置及工具是气基流体钻井顺利实施的基础。对该项技术所需的钻井动力设备及装置、井口控制设备及装置、相关入井工具的性能、原理、特点及现场应用要求进行了探讨及介绍。对空气钻井、氮气钻井、雾化钻井、泡沫钻井及充气钻井液钻井现场所需的设备、装置及仪器的摆放安置、规划布局、配套要求等分别进行了阐述及分析。最后,对气基流体钻井装备配套的发展提出了认识及建议。
        Gas-based fluid drilling is used more and more widely in enhancing ROP, preventing and eliminating lost circulation, and finding and protecting hydrocarbon reservoirs. On-site applications show facilities, equipment and tools of good performances, in high reliability and rational combinations are necessary for smooth implementation of gas-based fluid drilling. In this paper, performance, principles, specific features and on-site application requirements of necessary power equipment, wellhead controller, relevant bottomhole assemblies and auxiliary facilities required by the drilling operation are discussed and presented. In addition, position, planning, configuration and matching requirements on equipment and facilities needed for air drilling, nitrogen drilling, mist drilling, foam drilling and aerated drilling operations have been elucidated. Finally, understandings and recommendations on necessary facilities of gas-based fluid drilling have been put forward.
