原子荧光光谱法在测定矿产中汞含量的应用研究

摘要
试样先经硫酸处理后再加入高氯酸、过氧化氢破坏有机质,以逆王水溶解样品,加入适量的重铬酸钾作保护剂,不经分离于原子荧光光度计上,选定仪器工作条件,用SnCl_2作还原剂直接测定矿物中微量汞的含量。汞的相关系数为0.9999,检出限≤0.005ng/mL,测定范围(0.0005~6)×10~(-6)g。
        The samples were treated with sulphuric acid and then destroyed by perchloric acid and hydrogen peroxide. The samples were dissolved in reverse Aqua regia, and potassium dichromate was added as a protective agent. Without separation on the atomic fluorescence spectrometer, the working conditions of the instrument were selected, and the content of Trace Mercury in minerals was determined directly with SnCl_2 as a reducing agent. The correlation coefficient of mercury is 0.9999,the detection limit is less than 0.005 ng/mL, and the determination range is (0.0005~6)~*10~(-6) g.
