摘要
高速轴轴承跑外圈是刮板机减速器的常见故障,这一故障将导致轴承损坏、齿轮打齿等严重问题,影响煤矿的正常生产。基于此,从刮板机减速器的高速轴典型结构入手,从轴承配合、运转精度、合箱紧固力、加工及装配误差四方面分析了引起故障的原因,并提出改进方案,经实际验证成功解决了轴承跑外圈问题。
        The Running outer ring of high-speed shaft bearing is a common fault of scraper reducer, which will cause serious problems such as bearing damage and gear teeth beating, and affect the normal production of coal mine.Starting from the typical structure of the high speed shaft of the scraper reducer, this paper analyses the causes of the faults from four aspects: bearing matching, running accuracy, closing tightening force, processing and assembly errors,and puts forward improvement schemes, which have successfully solved the problem of the outer ring of the bearing through practical verification.
