伴焦虑左心功能不全冠心病患者介入治疗疗效及价值评价

摘要
目的分析伴焦虑左心功能不全冠心病患者介入治疗的疗效及价值评价。方法在河南大学第一附属医院治疗冠心病合并左心功能不全患者中选取50例,并严格按照随机分配原则分为对照组和观察组,各25例。其中对照组予以常规药物进行治疗,观察组予以介入治疗,观察对比两组患者的治疗效果、心功能指标和焦虑人数。结果观察组中左室短轴缩短率(FS)、左室射血分数(LVEF)均高于对照组;左心室收缩末内径(LVDs)、左室舒张末内径(LVDd)均低于对照组。观察组中患者心功能分级情况优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论介入治疗对于治疗左心功能不全合并冠心病患者效果显著,且可以有效改善心功能指标,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and value of interventional therapy in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)with anxiety left ventricular insufficiency. Methods 50 cases with coronary heart disease complicated with left ventricular insufficiency were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random distribution. The control group were treated with routine drugs,and the observation group were treated with interventional therapy. The curative effect,cardiac function index and anxiety number were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The left ventricular shortening rate(FS)and LVEF rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. Left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVDs)and LVDd were significantly lower than those in the control group. The cardiac function in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P< 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Interventional therapy is effective in the treatment of left ventricular insufficiency with coronary heart disease,and can effectively improve cardiac function index.So it is worth popularizing.
