摘要
综合"水蒸气蒸馏-萃取-薄层层析"三个实验操作单元,设计半微量绿色化综合性有机化学实验。采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取八角茴香挥发油,通过溶剂萃取分离出提取物,应用薄层层析法对提取物的成份进行分离鉴定。多个实验知识要点串联,设计合理,实用性和可操作性强。既训学生综合的实验技能,提高学生的科研素质,又培养创新意识和绿色化学理念,学生学习兴趣浓,取得良好的教学效果。
        A green semimicro comprehensive experiment of Organic Chemistry was established. The experiment was combined with three separated experimental operation of steam distillation and solvent extraction and thin-layer chromatography( TLC). In this experiment,the oil fractions in volatile constituents were extracted from star anise fruits by steam distillation,afterwards,the oil composition was isolated by solvent extraction,then TLC was used to analyze and identify some ingredients of the extraction by contrasting with standard sample correlation. The students could practice all-around integrated experiment process,other than the separated experimental operation skills. Therefore,it was not only favorable for the students to improve the overall experimental skills and their ability of scientific research,but also increase students' interests and cultivate innovation and green chemistry concepts,and better teaching effects were achieved.
