摘要
帕金森病是一种常见的中枢神经系统退行性疾病,除具有典型的运动症状外还伴多种非运动症状,严重的功能障碍显著影响患者的身心健康以及生活质量。目前发现膳食营养干预在帕金森病防治过程中起重要作用。本文从茶多酚、多不饱和脂肪酸、维生素、膳食模式等方面综述近年来膳食营养对帕金森病防治的研究进展。
