摘要
通过赫尔槽试验、小槽试验、扫描电镜测试、显微硬度测试及摩擦磨损试验,研究了由2~5 g/L稀土氧化物、1~2 g/L贵金属氧化物、10~30 g/L氢氧化钾、2~10 m L/L氨水和0.1~2.0 g/L表面活性剂组成的新型光亮剂对电镀银的影响。结果表明,新型光亮剂能与日本光亮剂相媲美,所得镀银层能够满足高压电器应用的需求。
        The effect of a novel brightener composed of 2-5 g/L rare earth oxide, 1-2 g/L noble metal oxides, 10-30 g/L potassium hydroxide, 2-10 m L/L ammonia and 0.1-2.0 g/L surfactant on silver electroplating was studied through Hull cell test, small cell test, scanning electron microscopy, microhardness measurement as well as friction and wear test. The results showed that the novel brightener is comparable with the commercial Japanese brightener and the performance of the silver coating obtained by using the novel brightener can meet the requirements of high-voltage electrical apparatus.
