摘要
为了有效地提高分布式能源的利用率,增加主动配电网供电的可靠性和经济性,提出了一种基于负荷预测的分布式能源和储能系统联合选址定容规划方法。采用需求相关性分组-多时间点方法对负荷进行预测;综合考虑线路损耗、储能系统调峰和新能源发电成本对局域配电系统影响,以功率平衡为约束条件建立了多目标优化模型;采用改进的遗传算法进行多目标优化求解;基于IEEE-RTS 24总线系统对配电网进行规划。结果表明,文章所提出的规划方法能够合理配置分布式系统容量,保证电网经济运行,为主动配电网规划和扩容提供依据和方法。
        In order to effectively improve the utilization of distributed energy, power supply reliability and economy of the active distribution network are realized. A location and capacity allocation planning method is proposed is proposed,distributed energy and energy storage system joint configuration is included, the demand correlation grouping and multiple time point method is used to predict the load. Line losses, Energy storage system participates in peak regulation and energy power generation costs impact on local distribution system are considered. The multi-objective optimization model is established, and power balance is used as a constraint. Multi-objective optimization is solved by improved genetic algorithm. The distribution network is planned based on the IEEE-RTS 24 bus system. The results show that the planning method proposed can reasonably configure the distributed system capacity. The economic operation of the power grid is guaranteed, and the planning and expansion of the active distribution network is provided.
