计及源-网-荷互动的主动配电网实时动态孤岛划分策略

摘要
现有的主动配电网孤岛划分策略大多以静态孤岛划分为主,没有充分考虑整个故障时段内配电系统中发电单元、网架结构、柔性负荷等可变单元的变化,这使得静态孤岛划分策略在效率上略显不足。考虑主动配电网的特性,提出基于启发式算法的计及源-网-荷互动协调的主动配电网实时动态孤岛划分策略,用以主动配电网极端故障状况下。与传统的静态孤岛划分策略不同,所提出的策略对故障时段内的孤岛系统进行按一定时间尺度的实时动态划分,充分利用主动配电网中灵活可调的柔性负荷与网架结构的调度与改变,配合系统中分布式发电单元的出力,使整个故障时段内供电孤岛的划分能够更加合理高效。通过仿真论证了柔性负荷在主动配电网孤岛划分中的作用及适用范围,通过算例的比较分析验证了所提出策略在特殊应用环境下的有效性。
        Most of the existing active distribution network island partition strategies are mainly static island separation.The variation of power generation unit,grid structure,flexible loads and other variable units in the distribution system during the whole fault period is not fully considered,and this makes the static is land partition strategy slightly less efficient.Considering the characteristics of active distribution net work,a real-time dynamic island separation st rategy for active distribution network considering source-network-load's interaction and coordination is p roposed based on heuristic algorithm.This strategy can be used for active distribution network under extreme fault condition.Different from the traditional static island separation strategy,the proposed strategy divides real-time and dynamically the islanding system in the fault period according to a certain time scale.This strategy makes full use of the flexible loads which are flexible and adjustable and the scheduling and change of grid structure in active distribution network.Addtionally,this strategy cooperates with the output of distributed generation units in the system,so that the partition of power supply islands in the whole fault period can be more reasonable and efficient.The function and applicable scope of flexible loads in island separation of active distribution network are proved by simulation.The effectiveness of the proposed strategy in special application environ ment is verified by comparison and analysis of an example.
