BISCO Theracal LC间接盖髓后树脂充填与MEDENTAL即刻牙本质封闭预防年轻恒前牙简单冠折后牙髓炎的临床效果

摘要
目的评价BISCO Theracal LC间接盖髓后树脂充填与MEDENTAL即刻牙本质封闭预防年轻恒牙简单冠折后发生牙髓炎的临床效果。方法试验对象为96颗简单冠折牙,未露髓的年轻恒牙。试验组49颗,使用BISCO Theracal光固化硅酸钙盖髓剂间接盖髓后行光固化树脂修复。对照组47颗,行牙本质暴露面MEDENTAL即刻牙本质封闭。比较两组牙髓炎发生率。结果术后90 d,试验组牙髓炎发生率为4.1%,对照组牙髓炎发生率为10.6%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.526,P>0.05)。结论 BISCO Theracal LC光固化氢氧化钙盖髓剂间接盖髓后光固化树脂修复的方法和MEDENTAL即刻牙本质封闭的方法均能有效预防年轻恒牙简单冠折后牙髓炎的发生,BISCO Theracal LC光固化氢氧化钙盖髓剂间接盖髓后光固化树脂修复的方法具有更可靠的保髓效果且在恢复美观上效果更理想。
Objective To compare the effectiveness between "a new resin modified calcium silicate with light cure properties called BISCO Theracal LC direct pulp capping with composite restoration" and "MEDENTAL immediate dental sealing" in preservation of young permanent anterior teeth with simple fracture. Methods 96 young permanent anterior teeth with simple fracture were selected as the research object, and were divided into two groups. The experimental group(49 teeth) used BISCO Theracal LC direct pulp capping with composite restoration, and the control group(47 teeth) used MEDENTAL immediate dental sealing. The rate of pulpitis was compared between the two groups. Results 90 days after surgery, the rates of pulpitis in the experimental group and control group were 4.1% and 10.6%, and there was no significant difference between two groups(χ2=1.526, P>0.05). Conclusion Both BISCO Theracal LC direct pulp capping with composite restoration and MEDENTAL immediate dental sealing can reduce the rate of pulpitis, and the first way which has better moulding and appearance effects may be considered as an ideal way.
