摘要
目的探讨选择单纯及复合成分盖髓剂施以深龋治疗后获得的临床效果。方法选择我院2015年6月~2017年11月收治的90例近髓深龋患者作为实验对象;采用数字奇偶法分组;研究治疗方法期间,对照组(45例):选择单纯氢氧化钙+玻璃离子水门汀双层垫底方法治疗;观察组(45例):选择碘仿复合氢氧化钙+玻璃离子水门汀双层垫底方法治疗;最终就两组近髓深龋患者治疗成功率展开对比。结果同对照组近髓深龋患者治疗成功率(71.11%)展开对比,观察组(97.78%)增加程度显著(P <0.05)。结论对于近髓深龋患者临床选择碘仿复合氢氧化钙+玻璃离子水门汀双层垫底方法治疗,最终在提高治疗成功率方面获得显著效果,针对活髓可以进行有效保留。
        Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of pulp capping agent with simple and compound component in treatment of deep caries. Methods Ninety patients with near-medullary deep caries who were admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2015 to November 2017 were selected as research objects and they were divided into two groups according to the digital parity method.During the study of treatment method,the control group(45 patients) was treated by simple calcium hydroxide and glass ionomer cement double rebase.The observation group(45 patients) was treated by iodoform compound calcium hydroxide and glass ionomer cement double rebase.Finally,the success rates of treatment in patients with near-medullary deep caries in two groups were compared. Results The success rates of treatment in patients with near-medullary deep caries in the control group and the observation group were respectively 71.11% and 97.78%.The degree of increase of the observation group was more significant compared with that of the control group(P < 0.05). ConclusionIodoform compound calcium hydroxide and glass ionomer cement double rebase in treatment of patients with near-medullary deep caries has a significant effect in improving the success rate of treatment and it can effectively preserve vital pulp.
