牙髓切断术治疗深龋露髓乳磨牙的临床分析

摘要
目的观察分析深龋露髓乳磨牙临床治疗中牙髓切断术的应用疗效。方法我院2017年5月—2018年5月收治的62例深龋露髓乳磨牙患儿为本次研究对象,根据所行术式的不同将其分为对照组与实验组,比较对照组31例行牙髓摘除术患儿与实验组31例行牙髓切断术患儿预后情况。结果实验组术后复查不良反应发生率(12.9%)低于对照组(38.7%),P <0.05。实验组患儿术后3个月有效率达到了87.1%,相比于对照组,其有效率更高,P <0.05。结论对于深龋露髓乳磨牙患儿牙髓切断术治疗效果优于牙髓摘除术。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of pulp amputation in the deep caries pulp exposure in deciduous molars. Methods From May 2017 to May 2018, 62 children with deep caries pulp exposure in deciduous molars were studied. They were divided into control group and experimental group according to the different surgical procedures. The prognosis of 31 cases who underwent pulpiotomy and 31 cases who underwent pulp amputation in the experimental group were compared. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(12.9%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(38.7%), P < 0.05. The effective rate of the experimental group reached 87.1% at 3 months after operation. Compared with the control group, the effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher, P < 0.05. Conclusion Pulp amputation is superior to pulpiotomy for children with deep caries pulp exposure in deciduous molars.
