大块充填树脂吸水性与溶解性的比较研究

摘要
目的:比较4种大块充填树脂和1种普通复合树脂的溶解性和吸水性。方法:参照ISO 4049标准,实验选取4种大块充填树脂和1种普通复合树脂为研究对象,分别为Tetric N-Ceram Bulk Fill(TEBF),3M ESPE Filtek Bulk Fill(FBF),X-tra fil(XT),Sure Fil1 SDR Flow(SDR)和3M ESPE Filtek Z350(Z350)。制备圆柱型(d=6 mm,h=4mm)试件30个,每种材料制备6个试件。将试件浸入蒸馏水中4周,根据重量变化计算每种树脂的溶解值和吸水值。结果:5种材料的吸水值顺序由大到小为:SDR、FBF、Z350、TEBF、XT。各材料间差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。5种材料溶解值顺序由大到小为:SDR、TEBF、Z350、FBF、XT,其中XT溶解值最小,其余4组间差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论:低黏度大块充填树脂的吸水值大于普通复合树脂和高黏度大块充填树脂,4种大块充填树脂和Z350普通复合树脂在溶解性方面无明显差异。
        Objective: To compare the solubility and water absorption of four kinds of bulk-fill resin and one kind of common composite resin,and explore the influence factors and significance. Methods: According to the ISO 4049 standard,four bulk-fill resins and one common composite resin were selected as the research objects,namely Tetric N-Ceram Bulk Fill( TEBF),3 M ESPE Filtek Bulk Fill( FBF),X-tra fil( XT),Sure Fil1 SDR Flow( SDR) and 3 M ESPE Filtek Z350( Z350).Totally 30 Cylindrical( d = 6 mm,h = 4 mm) test pieces were prepared and dixided into 5 groups.The test piece was immersed in distilled water for 4 weeks,and the dissolution value and water absorption value of each resin were calculated according to the change in weight.Results: The order of water absorption of the 5 materials was from large to small that SDR,FBF,Z350,TEBF and XT.The difference between the materials was statistically significant( P<0. 05).The order of dissolution values of the five materials was from large to small that SDR,TEBF,Z350,FBF and XT.XT dissolution value was the smallest,and the difference between the other four groups was not statistically significant( P>0. 05).Conclusion: The water absorption of lowviscosity bulk-fill resin is larger than that of ordinary composite resin and high-viscosity bulk-fill resin.The four bulk-fill resins and Z350 ordinary composite resin have no significantly different on solubility.
