摘要
综合采用高速纹影实验系统和空气冲击波超压测试系统,对不锈钢管、PVC管、有机玻璃管材质的切缝药包爆炸冲击波与爆生气体的传播机制进行探讨研究,同时捕捉了沿切缝方向与垂直切缝方向的空气冲击波超压.结果表明:3种切缝管材质下爆炸冲击波与爆生气体的扩展形态基本相同,都保持着高度对称的形态.爆炸冲击波和爆生气体都是优先从切缝管中向外传播,这一特性不受切缝管材质的影响,爆炸冲击波优先沿切缝方向扩展,爆生气体主要沿切缝方向扩展.等距离对比分析3种材质的切缝药包空气冲击波超压,不锈钢管材质的切缝药包沿切缝方向与垂直切缝方向的超压比值最大,有机玻璃管的超压比值最小.数值模拟得出了切缝药包近区爆炸波动场的变化规律,与纹影实验结果在形态上基本一致.
        Synthetically using high-speed schlieren experimental system and the explosion shock wave overpressure test system,the propagation mechanism of explosion wave and explosion gas in cutting seam cartridge of the stainless steel tube,PVC tube,and plexiglass tube material was studied,and the explosion shock wave overpressure along the cut direction and the vertical cut direction was captured.The results show that the explosion shock wave and explosion gas of the three kinds of slitted tubes are basically the same symmetrical extension form.Explosion shock wave and explosion gas are preferentially propagated outward from the slotted pipe which is not affected by the material of the slotted pipe.Explosion shock wave preferentially propagates along the direction of the kerf,and the explosion gas mainly expands along the direction of the kerf.Equidistance comparison analysis explosion shock wave overpressure of the three materials slotted cartridge,the overpressure ratio of slotted cartridge cut direction and the vertical cut direction,which with stainless steel material is the biggest,plexiglass is the smallest.The variation law of the explosion wave field in the near region of the slotted cartridge was obtained by numerical simulation,basically consistent with the schlieren experimental results.
