摘要
镍基合金广泛应用于航天航空、武器装备、核电装备等高端制造领域,X荧光光谱分析镍基合金具有分析快速、精度较高的特点。文章对X荧光光谱分析镍基合金过程的分析参数与曲线校正进行研究,探索优化各项方法参数和曲线校正模型,不断提高分析精度、提升检测效率、降低检测成本,对现场检测应用具有现实意义。
        Nickel-based alloys are widely used in high-end manufacturing fields such as aerospace, weapons and nuclear power equipment. X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(XRF) analysis of nickel-based alloys has the characteristics of rapid analysis and high accuracy. In this paper, the analytical parameters and curve correction of nickel-based alloy process by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry are studied, and the optimization of various method parameters and curve correction models is explored, so as to continuously improve the analysis accuracy, improve the detection efficiency and reduce the detection cost. It has practical significance for field detection application.
