我国高考招生制度存在的问题及其解决途径

在梳理改革开放后我国高考招生制度改革历程的基础上,指出我国现行高考招生制度存在科学性不足、公平性不足、时代匹配性不足以及科目选考制度的制约性不足、考前考后服务的均衡性不足等问题,并提出相应的解决途径:提升考试设计和学习成果评价的科学性,加强考试内容的公平性设计和区域性政策、加分政策的管控,系统化设计高校招生考试科目,完善考前考后服务体系,提高高考招生制度的时代匹配性。
On the basis of reviewing the historical changes of the college entrance examination enrollment system after the reform and opening up of China, it is pointed out that the current college entrance examination and enrollment system in China is not scientific enough, not fair enough and not suitable for today's situation. As well as the subject choice examination system restriction insufficiency, the service equilibrium of before-and after-examination is insufficient. It is proposed that we should improve the scientific nature of examination design and learning outcomes evaluation; strengthen the fairness of examination content, the control of regional policies, and bonus points policies; systematically design the college entrance examination subjects; improve the service system before-and after-exam, and make the college entrance examination enrollment system better match the time.
