免疫增强剂在儿童反复呼吸道感染中的治疗地位

摘要
目的:探讨免疫增强剂在儿童反复呼吸道感染中的治疗地位。方法:收治反复呼吸道感染患者90例,随机分为A组(进行常规治疗)和B组(使用免疫增强剂进行治疗),各45例。结果:B组患者治疗总有效率明显高于A组(P<0.05)。B组患者治疗后呼吸道感染复发率明显低于A组(P<0.05)。结论:免疫增强剂在儿童反复呼吸道感染治疗中有一定效果,利于促进患者的康复,减少呼吸道感染的复发。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic status of immunological enhancers in children with recurrent respiratory infection.Methods:90 patients with recurrent respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into the A group(with routine treatment) and the B group(treated with immunotherapy),with 45 cases in each group.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the B group was significantly greater than that in the A group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of respiratory tract infection after treatment in the B group was significantly lower than that in the A group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The immune enhancement agent has some effect in the treatment of recurrent respiratory infection in children,which is beneficial to promote the recovery of the patients and reduce the recurrence of respiratory tract infection.
