摘要
奶牛围产期发病不仅影响奶牛的健康水平,同时也造成泌乳能力的下降。为了提高奶牛围产期的健康水平,同时提高泌乳量,探究了枸杞多糖免疫增效剂对围产期奶牛机体免疫力的影响。选择体况相近围产期奶牛30头,采用每天饲喂同样的饲草料,分别在试验开始前、7d后、14d后各采血一次,利用定量检测卡检测奶牛免疫因子IgG、IgM、IgA、IL-2、IL-13、IL-9、IL-17、IFN-γ、TNF-β9项指标和血常规分析仪分析白细胞、淋巴细胞。结果表明,枸杞多糖免疫增效剂饲喂后7d,IgA含量显著高于0d(P<0.05),IgM、IgG含量极显著高于0d(P<0.01);IL-2、IL-13、IL-17、IL-19的含量均极显著高于0d(P<0.01);TNF-α和IFN-γ在饲喂7d和14d后的含量均极显著高于0d(P<0.01)。说明枸杞多糖免疫增效剂饲喂7d即可提高奶牛机体免疫力,特别是增加了围产期奶牛抗体水平和细胞因子分泌。
        In order to investigate the effect of lycium barbarum polysaccharide immune synergist on periparturient dairy cow immunity test,selection of similar body condition during the perinatal period of 30 cows,the same day feeding forage,respectively,at the start of the experiment,7 days,14 days after the blood sampling time,detection card IgG,IgM,immune factors in dairy cows IgA,IL-2,IL-13,IL-9,IL-17,TNF-α,IFN-γ9 indexes and blood routine analysis of white blood cells,lymphocytes using quantitative detection.The results showed that after feeding 7 d,IgA was significantly higher than that of 0 d(P<0.05),IgM,IgG content was significantly higher than 0 d(P<0.01).The content of IL-2,IL-13,IL-17 and IL-19 were significantly higher than that of 0 d(P<0.01);the content of TNF-αand IFN-γ7 din the test and tracking of 14 dare significantly higher than those of 0 d(P<0.01)conclusion feeding can improve the immunity of dairy cows.
