摘要
探究了枸杞多糖免疫增效剂对架子牛抗体水平和细胞因子分泌的影响。选择体重为350 kg左右的西门塔尔架子牛27头,在基础日粮中添加500 g的自制肉牛枸杞多糖免疫增效剂,连续饲喂7 d,分别在开始饲喂的0 d、7 d、14 d采集血样,进行免疫球蛋白、细胞因子及血常规检测。结果表明:饲喂7 d后,IgA水平与0 d和14 d达到显著差异(P<0.05),14 d的含量极显著高于0 d (P<0.01);IgM 14 d的含量极显著高于0 d和7 d (P<0.01);IgG含量,饲喂7 d后、14 d时的含量极显著的高于0 d (P<0.01);IL-2、IL-13、IL-17、IL-19含量,饲喂7 d后与0d差异不显著(P>0.05),14 d的含量极显著高于0 d和7 d的含量(P<0.01);IL-19含量饲喂7 d后显著高于0 d (P<0.05),14 d的含量极显著高于0 d (P<0.01);IFN-γ和TNF-β总体呈现增长趋势,14 d后含量极显著高于0 d,7 d (P<0.01)。白细胞在饲喂7 d后,第14天的含量极显著高于0 d (P<0.01);淋巴细胞在饲喂7 d后,与0 d、14 d的差异不显著(P>O.05),14 d的含量显著高于0 d (P免疫增效剂7 d,可提高肉牛免疫球蛋白水平,促进细胞因子的分泌,激活体内淋巴细胞和白细胞,提高肉牛机体免疫力。
        This study was to explore the effect of the Lycium Barbarum polysaccharide(LBP) immune synergist on the immunoglobulin level and cytokine secretion in feeder cattle.27 feeder cattle weighing 350 kg were obtained for the trial.They were fed with a basic diet supplemented with 500 g LBP immune synergist.The trial lasted for seven days.Then,blood samples were collected from the studied cattle at 0 d,7 d,14 d respectively to detect immunoglobulin and cytokine and complete blood count.The results showed that at 7 d of experimental feeding,the IgA level of the cattle was significantly different from that at 0 d and 14 d(P<0.05),and the IgA content at 14 d was very significantly higher than that at 0 d(P<0.01).The content of IgM at 14 d was significantly higher than that at 0 d and 7 d(P<0.01).The content of IgG at 7 d and 14 d was significantly higher than that at 0 d(P<0.01).The contents of il-2,il-13,il-17 and il-19 at 7 d was not significantly different from that at 0 d(P>0.05),and but was very significantly higher at 14 d than that at 0 d and 7 d(P<0.01).The Ⅱ-19 content at 7 d was significantly higher than that at 0 d(P<0.05) and was very significantly higher at 14 d(P<0.01).The contents of IFNbeta and TNF-beta was generally increasing in the experiment and was very significantly higher at 14 d than those at 0 d and 7 d(P<0.01).The content of leukocyte at 14 d was significantly higher than that at 0 d(P<0.01).And the content of lymphocyte at 7 d showed no significant difference from that at 0 d and 14 d(P> 0.05),but it was significantly higher at 14 d than at 0 d(P< 0.05).In general,feeding beef cattle with the immunoprotector for 7 d improved the immunoglobulin level in them,promoted their secretion of cytokines,activated lymphocytes and white blood cells in their body,and enhanced their immunity.
