癃清片体外抗菌活性的初步研究

摘要
【目的】研究癃清片不同极性部位对临床常见致病菌的体外抗菌活性。【方法】采用琼脂扩散法进行体外抑菌试验,微量稀释法测定最低抑菌浓度(minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC)、最低杀菌浓度(minimum bactericidal concentration,MBC),比较癃清片不同极性部位的体外抗菌活性。【结果】癃清片各极性部位呈现不同程度的抑菌作用,其中对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌呈高度敏感。癃清片正丁醇部位对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌圈为12.5 mm,MIC为3.13 mg/ml,MBC为6.25 mg/ml;大肠埃希菌抑菌圈均大于8.2 mm,MIC为12.5 mg/ml,MBC为25 mg/ml。【结论】癃清片正丁醇部位对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌具有显著的抗菌效果,为进一步临床研究提供科学依据。
        【Objective】To study the in vitro antibacterial activities of different extractions from Longqing Tablet against common clinical pathogens.【Methods】The in vitro antibacterial activity was evaluated by agar-diffusion method. Microdilution method was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC). The in vitro antibacterial effects were compared in different extractions of Longqing Tablet.【Results】The different extractions of Longqing Tablet showed different antibacterial activities. It was highly sensitive to Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. The inhibition zone of N-butyl alcohol extract to Staphylococus aureus was 12.5 mm, and MIC and MBC were respectively 3.13 mg/ml and 6.25 mg/ml. Its inhibition zone to Escherichia coli was 8.2 mm, and MIC and MBC were respectively 12.5 mg/ml and 25 mg/ml.【Conclusion】The N-butyl alcohol extraction of Longqing Tablet has strong antimicrobial activity against Staphylococus aureus and Escherichia coli. It will provide a scientific basis for the further clinical application.
