摘要
国防生物科技是关系未来国防和军队建设的战略性科技领域,开展国防生物科技技术预见是科学制定国防生物科技发展战略的重要前提和基础。本研究采用技术预见研究方法,首次通过情报监测和专家咨询遴选候选技术领域及相关关键技术,并运用层次分析法构建国防生物科技技术预见指标体系,对国内军事专家、战略专家、勤务专家以及各个领域的生物科技专家进行问卷调查,对我国国防生物科技未来发展的技术领域和关键技术进行综合评价。
        National defense biotechnology is a strategic scientific and technological field related to future national defense and military construction. National defense biotechnology foresight is an important prerequisite and foundation for scientific formulation of national defense biotechnology development strategy. In this study, technology foresight research method was used to select candidate technology fields and related key technologies for the first time through intelligence monitoring and expert consultation. An evaluation index system of defense biotechnology foresight was constructed by using analytic hierarchy process. A questionnaire survey was conducted among domestic military experts, strategic experts,health service experts and biotechnology experts in various fields to investigate the future of defense biotechnology in China. Comprehensive evaluation of the technological fields and key technologies were developed.
