“南方谈话”发表始末的媒介考察——兼谈报刊媒体和理论工作者的贡献

摘要
"南方谈话"是邓小平为破解我国改革开放中的"中国问题"而发表的重要讲话。报刊媒体和理论工作者在这一讲话的文本形成、最终完稿与公开出版中的贡献是不容忽视的。香港报纸和海外报刊媒体对发表"南方谈话"的过程和内容率先进行了大量报道与积极宣传,内地报刊媒体和理论工作者对其也进行了创造性宣传与精心报道,使"南方谈话"的要点得到了广泛传播,在国内外引起了强烈反响。国内外的报刊媒体为郑必坚、龚育之、逄先知等马克思主义理论工作者提供了大量录音和若干稿件,对"南方谈话"的最终完稿并成为《邓小平文选》(第三卷)的终卷之作,提供了鲜活的思想因子和卓越见识。新时代推进中国特色社会主义的发展,理论工作者应在发挥研究、参谋和宣传作用中贡献思想智慧,还要注重发挥报刊媒体在改革开放中的思想宣传、价值整合与舆论引导作用。
"South Talks" is an important speech delivered by Deng Xiaoping to solve the "China problems" in the reform and opening up. The newspaper media and theoretical workers made noticeable contributions to the formation, finalization and publication of the speech text. Hong Kong newspapers and oversea media took the lead in the coverage and propaganda on the process and content of "South Talks", and the domestic newspapers also carried out publicity and coverage on the speech. Thanks to these media work, the key points of Deng Xiaoping's speech were widely publicized and gained close attention from both at home and abroad. Domestic and oversea newspaper media provided a large amount of recordings and manuscripts to the theoretical workers like Zheng Bijian, Gong Yuzhi, Pang Xianzhi, etc. They also brought fresh thinking and brilliant insight that promoted the final formation of "South Talks", which was included as the final part in The Selected Works of Deng Xiaoping(Volume III). Currently, with the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, theoreticians should be encouraged to contribute their ideas and wisdom in carrying out research, consultation and publication. In the meantime,newspaper and media should play their roles in ideological publicity, value integration and public opinion guidance in the reform and opening up.
